Our Mission

To be Chicagoland’s online coffeehouse community, by providing the ability to find good coffee and share information with others. With this in mind, our efforts are ultimately driven by encouraging choice, innovation and opportunity online.

Our Beginning

History tells us that good ideas come from good coffee and good conversation. And what a great backdrop when a fun thought gains momentum and turns into a larger accepted idea. We have found it rewarding in taking our passion for coffee, and forming it into something others can benefit from.

In 2008, two business students from Chicago, with a love for coffee, kept hearing a familiar question when talking to family and friends. “Do you know where we can find a good cup of coffee?” The realization was made that Chicago was filled with fellow caffiends, who also love a good cup of brew.

From a growing interest from the masses, Jay Beaton and Eric Wells came up with the idea to create an online coffeehouse directory for the entire Chicagoland area. It became a free searchable website for coffee lovers to find local area coffeehouses. The idea has continued to blossom for including other interests coffee fans are involved, and find interest in. As we grow, we hope others will enjoy what we have to offer.
